Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 🐮
1 onion, diced 🍠
2 cloves of garlic, minced 💡
1 cup frozen peas and carrots 🌼
1 cup cream of mushroom soup 🍜
1/2 cup milk 🥛
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
1/2 tsp salt 💸
1/4 tsp black pepper ❗️
8 oz macaroni 🍝
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
Preparation Steps:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). 🔄
2️⃣ Cook macaroni according to package directions. 🍝
3️⃣ In a large skillet, brown ground beef until cooked through. 🍳
4️⃣ Add diced onion, minced garlic, frozen peas and carrots, cream of mushroom soup, milk, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well. 🍲
5️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. 🧀
6️⃣ Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. 🥖
7️⃣ Add the meat mixture to the baking dish, followed by the macaroni mixture. 🍴
8️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 🔥
Notes and Tips:
Use lean ground beef to reduce fat content.
Add other vegetables like diced bell peppers or sliced mushrooms to the meat mixture for added flavor.
