Preparation Steps:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 🔄
Prepare breading station: In one bowl, mix flour, paprika, and garlic powder. In another bowl, beat the egg. In a third bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers and Parmesan cheese. 🍲
Prepare chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. 🍗
Dredge chicken in flour mixture, then dip in egg, and finally coat in Ritz cracker mixture. Press gently to adhere. 🌿
Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with melted butter. 🥖
