Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗

1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed 🍞

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀

1 egg, beaten 🥚

1 cup all-purpose flour 🌾

1 teaspoon paprika ❗️

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 💡

Salt and pepper, to taste ❗️

2 tablespoons butter, melted 🥖


Preparation Steps:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 🔄

Prepare breading station: In one bowl, mix flour, paprika, and garlic powder. In another bowl, beat the egg. In a third bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers and Parmesan cheese. 🍲

Prepare chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. 🍗

Dredge chicken in flour mixture, then dip in egg, and finally coat in Ritz cracker mixture. Press gently to adhere. 🌿

Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with melted butter. 🥖

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. 🍗

Notes and Tips:

For extra crispy coating, chill coated chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking.
