Ingredients:

4-6 large potatoes, cut into wedges 🥔

2 cloves of garlic, minced 💡

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀

1 tablespoon olive oil 💧

1 teaspoon dried oregano 🌿

1/2 teaspoon salt 💸

1/4 teaspoon black pepper ❗️

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 🌿


Preparation Steps:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 🔪

2️⃣ In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until coated. 💪

3️⃣ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange potato wedges in a single layer. 📋

4️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. 🔥

5️⃣ Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 🧀

6️⃣ Return to oven for an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. 🔥

7️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve hot. 🌿


Notes:

For crisper potato wedges, try soaking them in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
